Could anyone please help in suggesting an outlet to buy the lowest price for fully zipped wellingtons. I find my butler has big problems in pulling my boots off, like me he has too many miles on the clock.

Have you tried a *bootjack*?

Very simple, very effective, and a whole lot cheaper than new boots.

Any idiot could manufacture one with a couple of bits of timber.

A good boot jack is a must!

Pop - why a zipped boot? I did a major magazine review of wellies some years back - had over a dozen top end boots to test. I hated the zips models! I still have several of the non-zip models which get a lot of use (Aigle are my favourite - neoprene ones for winter and leather-lined for rest of year). However, the new generation of muckboots look great. The only reason I dont buy some is I have so many pairs of wellies to wear out first!

Muckboots with a good boot pull might be OK as the neoprene tops of the boots are flexible and can be rolled up/down.
