Not necessarily about wanting trip companions, but I've booked a trip to Galapagos with G Adventures from 27 October to 12 November 2018:

It goes to all the key islands so all endemics and key birds are accessible (except Mangrove Finch which also not available to birding tour companies) and is a cheaper proposition than any specialist birding tour alternative.

For this comprehensive itinerary around Galapagos on a modern boat the standard price is £4,999. It's currently available for £4,700 which covers nearly everything excluding international flights. Deposit is £100 with the balance to be paid 90 days before the tour starts.

Posted here to let birders know about this option and to join up on this tour as appropriate.
