Message: <blockquote data-quote="manmountain8" data-source="post: 1411939" data-attributes="member: 73755"><p>My girlfriend just read this thread and she wanted me to tell you that it was closer to 6 feet tall with a wingspan of 12-14 feet.  She does not believe that it was an Eagle.  She is very adamant about it.  I was there and her estimate is not as crazy as it sounds.  I have been lowering my estimate a little more every time I talk about it.  I think I'm just trying to make it fit with my view of reality in the hopes that someone will believe us.  I want to believe that it was a large Eagle, just so I don't sound crazy, but I guess I'm not so sure.  Even if I account for over estimation and reduce what I think I saw to a believable figure, it still seems like it had to have been the biggest Eagle that ever lived.</p></blockquote><p></p>
