Golden Eagle or Juv. Bald Eagle? (1 Viewer)

Had this visitor to our yard in Alexandria, VA this morning. Is this a juvenile bald eagle, a golden eagle, or something else?

It's a Red-shouldered Hawk.

Too bulky and short-tailed for a Red-shouldered. This looks like a Red-tailed Hawk to me.
Eagles are much larger and have different proportions - smaller heads and larger bills.

I would tend towards Red-tailed as well. The pale mottling is a feature in support of that.
