Goose and duck. Perth, Australia (1 Viewer)

Took these at Herdsman Lake.

I believe the first picture is a type of goose? In the second picture, I think the ducks in the fore and background are Pacific Black Ducks. I'm not sure what the middle duck is. I use a field guide by Morcombe. Any advice, please?

First one is a domestic, farmyard, christmas dinner type goose

Is the second an Ozzy shelduck?

Ah, I should have taken it home and roasted it :t: Could it be an Embden or Greylag goose?

I think you are right about the Australian Shelduck. Likely a male. Cheers!
