Great vs Oriental Reed-warbler (1 Viewer)

G'day

I was wondering if you good people could enlighten me on the differences between the Great & Oriental Reed-warbler taxa. I've attached a few photos of a reed-warbler I photographed at Ashmore Reef in the Timor Sea [between Australia and Indonesia] last year.

Is the:
- presence / absence of white on the tail feather tips;
- colour of the lower mandible;
- relative length of the primaries;
- supercilium
significant?

Regards, Laurie.

e.g. streaking (although rather weak) in the lower throat and shorter primary projection than the length of the exposed tertials refers to Oriental RW
