I may be relaxed but I'm not drunk....
I tweeted this but got no response, so maybe I'm as stupid as many think, but the pic below was from a post on the Blashford Lakes blog about a trip to Keyhaven https://blashfordlakes.wordpress.com/ and I'm wondering if it's a poorly-marked GW Teal, or just a variation on Eurasian that I've overlooked before...

I'd be suspecting a hybrid between the two, seems to have both Common's horizontal white line and Green-winged's vertical white line, though poorly defined in both instances.
 
I didn't want to mention the "h" word, but I too had my suspicions; an interesting bird (to my eyes) anyway.
