evening and thank you for letting me join. I want to learn more about birds, habitats, calls and how to recognise these magnificent and beautiful creatures. I’m new to bird watching as a hobby and will make lots of mistakes. I hope that I may learn from your knowledge and along the way delight you (well maybe that’s a bit strong! ) with some of my photographs. I have recently moved to France to take early retirement and pursue hobbies that make me smile.... bird watching, photography, generally enjoying and appreciating n’augure a whole lot more. I have purchased a country home surrounded by valleys, rivers and woodland and have spent two years looking for the right setting. I’m sure it’s going to be a wonderful journey!
