Grey/White Bird of Prey, East Texas (1 Viewer)

New member
This bird and its mate have been hanging around for about two weeks now and its making the 'native' birds nervous. The woodpeckers that normally go at that tree have abandoned it and the bird is constantly being chased by crows, mockingbirds, and sparrows. It just chills in the dead tree pictured all day while its mate comes in and out throughout the day. Can anyone tell me what this is? I've been googling like crazy but none of the birds I find seem to definitively fit. For better description: it has a white head, light grey breast, and dark grey body. Thank you so much in advance!
