Gull Watching (1 Viewer)

In the UK some sights can log many species of Gulls ranging from the Arctic, North America and further south and east in Europe.
Yearly all barring a few of the following species occur - Great Black-backed Gulls, Herring Gulls, Lesser Black Backed gulls, Common Gulls, Black-headed Gulls, Mediterranean Gulls, Little Gulls, Kittiwake, Yellow Legged Gulls, Caspian Gulls, Glaucous Gulls, Iceland Gulls, Sabine's Gull, Ivory Gull, Ross's Gull, Ring Billed Gull, Bonaparte's Gull, Laughing Gull, Franklin's Gull and American Herring Gull.

There are other species which have occurred less regularly such as Slender Billed Gull, Audoin's Gull, Glaucous Winged Gull, Slaty Backed Gull and of course a sole accepted record of Pallas's Gull.

Is the UK the best place in Europe and the Northern Hemisphere for Gull watching ?
