This time the gulls were lucky that we were out there

As a responsible fisherman who if the need is there to cut line always takes it home and disposes of it, it's annoying to see how others just discard line with no thought for anyone or anything!!:C

All the education in the world doesn't get through to some of these idiots.

Having said that, accidents with line do happen.
