Hairy or Downy Woodpecker? - Eastern Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

I think this is a Hairy Woodpecker, but I've been wrong before. Could someone confirm or correct that ID?

Hairy. The bill is relatively long ,and the outer tail feathers are completely white. Nice shot- I like the start of the motion blur around the head.
