Harrier, Northern Germany (1 Viewer)

Oh, a Ringtail Harrier again!
With four primaries in the wingtip, broad rounded wings this has to be a Hen Harrier. Slight overexposure seems to enhance white areas in the face (due to burned out pale areas making them appearing larger).More, I got the feeling that this picture is not colour neutral, with rufous/reddish tones/hues pronounced (as allways no offense).
When taking this two things into account, I cant see much wrong for a Hen Harrier. And I have seen similar rufous Hen Harrier before.

I think you’re spot on again Alexander, though on my tiny phone’s screen it looks like that yet to be described species, Red- necked Harrier!
