Hawk ID - broad-winged, red-tailed or other? Dec 16th, Crystal River Florida - Three Sisters Springs

I think these are all the same hawk that kept moving to different trees, but it could be 2 or 3 different hawks. Can you tell what kind it is? Thank you!
