I’m still confused as to what these are. I thought top marsh harrier bottom buzzard but not sure could both be the same. Can someone help with their ID and tell me how you know. Thanks.

For me it's ok for a marsh harrier for the first and a common buzzard for the second.
The white strip in the middle of the wing is a marker of a common and it's present on the second and not on the first.
The first have black end of wing, clear eye...all for marsh harrier, it seems to me...
