Hawk in Eastern Bay Area, California (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Here is a Hawk I saw in Dublin, CA. I've seen red-tailed hawks there but this looks different. Based on a Google search my best guess is Cooper's hawk but I wanted other opinions:

Yes, this is a juvenile Cooper's Hawk.
