Two views of the same image, one right out of the camera and the other much lightened (too much?). Any knowledge of that it is? (Harris's is the best I can come up with but far from confident)

Yes I think it's an immature Harris hawk: whitish vent area, whitish windows in primaries, primaries with darker tips, bulge on secondaries
