Hawk Species - Jacksonville, Fl, USA (1 Viewer)

This one has me second guessing. I think it's this, then decide it isn't. I'm pretty sure it is a juvenile, either Red-tailed or Red-shouldered, but we have some Cooper's as well (we photographed all three today over our yard). The pattern on the tail is what has me confused.

Please note that this photo is heavily cropped and I overexposed it in my image editor to bring out more detail.

Thanks all. I'm still assuming it is a juvenile considering the pattern on it's chest. Am I correct in that assumption?
