I am not sure I know the answer. I have not seen birds of the this age, although I have seen both species a number of times.

Looking at the photos my immediate reaction was to think obvious Kurdish. The contrast in the plumage and the tail colour are typical of the features of that species. I looked at the resources I consider 'my go to' ie HWPB & Macaulay and there is so little there and most of what I have from when I lived in the Middle East predates the split.

I always think of Persian as washed out, almost greyish in tone. Whilst this is both brown and has juvenile fringing on the coverts that I cant equate with Persian. But perhaps this is what a Persian can look like and I am too quick to consider this plumage in terms of an adult (which it is not).
