I’ve become more interested in birds during the lockdown. I have put feeders in my tiny back garden- sunflower seed hearts and suet balls. Also I put up a bird house for robins and one for tits. After nearly a year, some very cautious blue tits are taking an interest.
Also I’ve been fascinated by the red kites soaring over Flitwick. In the neighbourhood behind Tesco, the kites do their hunting, surprisingly low to the ground. They are such a treat to see in such a built-up area.
