Hi everyone !

My name is Nicolas, I live near Paris, France.

I'm a total beginner in bird watching, I've just bought a SvBony 406p ED, I wanted a scope to replace my telescope (skywatcher mak90) for night use and I wanted it to be able to work in day use.

At first, I hesitated with some binoculars, but, after some research I thought a spotting scope would be better, as I also wanted to digiscoping.

I don't know very much about birds but I've always wanted to know more and to observe them.

I've a better understanding of the night sky (I do some deep sky astrophotography but with telephoto lenses, not telescopes).

I'm glad to have found this forum because it already helped me choose my scope...
