Hi Steve, you need to came back, Venice laguna and surroundings are very nice. I'm brand new to birding, today is my very first day with first bino arrived today (Veo Vanguard ED 8x45). I was emotionated to see some birds so near, could also enjoy some flamingos, quite rare in Venice.
