Because of the white tail sides I'm going for Water Pipit but prepared to be corrected.

Hello Pete,
after a second look, I still think that Kuzeycem is right. Adding to the features he has mentioned, please note, that the outer tail feathers dont seem to be real white, but some subtle kind of dusky-white.
I am not more experienced, but have acces to very good screens, that makes the difference here, I assume.

Thanks everyone, im IDing it as Rock. But I'm open to more opinions.
