I agree with Butty, that at least for me, these pictures arent good enough for a confident identification of the bird you asked. The bird is to small and therefore lack detail.
If the original picture is more detailed, maybe uploading it somewhere or here, would be maybe better?
I dont know if this helps, but: I can understand, why you are thinking of a Temmincks Stint here:
first jizz-impression is of a smallish (? with the usual caveats) sandpiper with a elongated,long-rear-ended shape, a horizontal stand and not the longest legs for a sandpiper (best picture for this the first). Colouration is also not bad for a TS. A more detailed look could well turn this bird into a Temmincks Stint.
But: yes, it can be a Little Stint, or even a Dunlin or another wader, as said
