Help Identifying Taxidermy Ducks (1 Viewer)

Firstly, first post so hi!
Secondly, and more importantly, hope asking for help with identity of taxidermy is Ok?
I came across these in a shop (didn’t buy them, but was intrigued by their identity), and whilst normally I can identify most common/UK species either by eye or with some help from the internet, this pair of ducks has me stumped!
I initially thought Wigeon based on the head/neck colour of the male but it’s too slender and the rest of the plumage doesn’t match at all! Or are they hybrids which is why I couldn’t place them?
Can anyone help, if only for my sanity!
Many thanks
Martin

Thanks both. I assumed from colouring that it was a pair of the same species! Appreciate knowing what they are, would not have found them easily being North American!
Thanks again
Martin
