Help with bird ID - BC Canada (1 Viewer)

Hello, I am drawing a blank on id-ing this bird seen recently in a pine forested area in South Central BC.
The top of the head appears to be yellow in the second picture but I cannot confirm it actually is...could be the lighting. Shape seems like a warbler to me but the markings don't match any I know for the area. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
