Help with ID, Alberta, Canada (1 Viewer)

My daughter took these shots today with her little point and shoot camera. I have not seen this one at the bird feeder before, and he's eating from the suit. At first I thought it was a Black-Headed Grosbeak, but the tail does not look right, more like a Bullocks Oriole, but then the heads looks wrong....

Is it really Baltimore Oriole? It looks a bit different from the ones I seen in the spring, but maybe it's the angle.

Never mind you guys are right. I have only seen this perched from the front before, but now after looking at a few more pictures I see that it's a Baltimore. Thanks :)

I've been noting how when birds turn their necks some feathers move and some don't, which can change the appearance of the neck and nape areas.
