RETIRED OLD GOAT, AS THE OTHER HALF SAYS.
United States
1. Northern mockingbird.
2. Got any more photos?
That was the best of the bunch. I had the wrong filter on my lense. I had not used the 70-300 in about 8 months. Thank you Butty. I am assuming that this is the same bird a Northern Mockingbird.

The one above was flying around the trees and finally landed. This was the best shot of the bunch.

This one was doing the samething.

I looked for both of them but am not really sure.
Your second is either a fish crow or an American crow. I don't think it's possible to tell them apart on a photo like this. Besides, the best way to distinguish this pair is by voice.

They aren't really possible to tell apart in any photo. Voice is the only safe way to identify them.
