I am submitting to this esteemed forum for help....I photographed this flycatcher in Guadalajara, Mexico, 7 days ago. It was in an area that had quite a few Social Flycatchers, Cassin's Kingbirds and Great Kiskadee. When I shot the photo I assumed it was a Cassin's, but there is not enough white in the Malar, and the yellow extends up to the top of the breast, where there should be some gray. Possible Nutting's? The bird is about 8" in over all length. It would occasionally land on the ground in order to capture insects, then fly back to a branch, and I saw it capture a very large (4") white butterfly. It torn off the wings and ate the body.
