Searching in internet for more information about the species I found this:

In the document I have seen that my insect look more like Corythucha ciliata, isn't it?

Indeed it does! I took this ID too lightly, sorry about that! It is almost certainly C. ciliata as you point out (invasive species from North America), but if you want to be even safer (as that paper deals with Russia only), here's the full list of European species of Tinginae: https://fauna-eu.org/cdm_dataportal/taxon/2492651d-8479-43df-8aa5-5af1c774801f
