Hi everyone just joined the forum .

Looking forward to getting back into birding .
Started when I was 11 , up to 20 . Now 42 and decided to get back out their .
Bought a pair of Nikon prostaff 7s bins a couple of months ago , which I’m very happy with .

This week I’ve bought a scope (hawke endurance 16-48 68)
Currently using an old velbon Sherpa 450r tripod with ph157q Head , but looking to upgrade both or just the head . Any advice much appreciated

I’m also trying to do a bit of phonescoping(using iPhone 11) which I’ve never tried , I’m not a photographer so it’s all new to me . Currently using a gosky universal adapter but thinking of getting the phoneskope one.

I’m located in Bourne end , south Buckinghamshire
I’ve got a nice reserve close by Called Little Marlow gravel pits, which I visit regularly.

Looking forward to reading some posts

Sean

Hi Sean and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.

Digiscoping ain't easy, is it. Though some people manage to get some remarkable images. You might want to discuss your requirements in the Equipment subforums - I'm sure they'll do their best to advise you.
