The colours in the pictures are bleached out but it wasnt a Garden Warbler, it was simply too small. For me Willow Warbler is also out due to the super not being obvious enough and it was less compact, more rangy despite its small size. It really was a skinny looking bird. It isnt long-billed enough to be Olivaceous or carrying enough colour to be any either of the common hippos. It again looks to small billed to be Sykes's. Added to where the birds from the weekends influx came from (fenno-scandia) Booted seems more likely than Sykes's. Also it lifted/dipped its tail, slowly and deliberately, not flicking it which is classic booted from collinsWhat goes against it being booted other than its much rarer than WW or GW?</p></blockquote><p></p>
