Spent about an hour wandering around before I spotted one and then another overhead. The pair were hunting a single Swift. One would chase the bird and the other would make an attack from a different angle, missing each time. They repeated this several times over the next few minutes before disappearing behind some trees. Truly the best "dogfight" i've ever seen. The pair reappeared a few minutes later over my head again. Also in the area Cormorant flew NW, 5 Whitethroats singing, a Yellowhammer singing and 2 Partridges. As I was turning the car around I bumped into Sid (good to meet at last). CB</blockquote>
