Hokkaido. Swifts (1 Viewer)

Mid-August. On my tour in Hokkaido, I saw lots of Pacific Swifts, always with markedly long forked tails. These ones don't have that feature. The only other likely option seems to be White-throated Needletails. Are these birds in the same flock WTNs?
Thank you!
