I have a strap from the bottom of the post to the head and I use this to carry it comfortably shoulder slung with the legs short.My scope’s an Opti ES80 on an old Billora tripod so it’s a bit lumpy but I don’t find it to bad. I do use it for a lot of hours and drag it about all over so I am well used to it.Carrying from sight to sight is another story tho. I have it slung over my back with my bins securely tucked in its strap ready for action!!. It may look a bit exposed but I find it works surprisingly well even in the wet.Are there any other bikers amongst us using this method I wonder?</blockquote>
