I'm on 121. I think it is a good total to be on as the spring approaches, as I still have plenty of the spring migrants to see. I'm also off on a trip to Portland in a few weeks time. I'm really looking forward to it, and have sussed out the likely target birds I can go and see. Hopefully I'll get up to around 150 by the end of that trip if I do fairly well.

Jeff, I can expect the birds in your list below to arrive here in Missouri next month (except for the BTGR).

I am still a little surprised that I have not seen the Blue-winged Teal yet this year here in northwest Missouri. I usually see one by now!

Hi, Larry.

Lots of our winter birds are heading your way now, while we're starting to get spring migrants arriving from the south. Ruby-throated Hummers are just arriving here, too.

I finally got Wood Duck yesterday:
140. Wood Duck

A rather eventfull day at work today, first I set the intruder alarm off by accident, then whilst letting the engineer in to reset it I was treated to a good view of a Mistle Thrush belting out it`s song just before the rain started. No wonder the old country name for them is Stormcock.
