Today there were many arriving migrants, even compared to a couple of days ago, including some of the early warblers. I added seven species to my Year List, the best day I've had in West Virginia since early in the year.

9 on friday and 4 today now brings my total to 221. Birds seen were;
Sand & House Martin, Swallow, Common Sandpiper, Common Tern, Little Ringed Plover, Willow Warbler, Black Tern, Yellow Wagtail, Black Grouse, Chough, Stonechat & Puffin.

Caught the ferry to Helsinki for the day this weekend, picked up a few birds in and around the harbour yesterday:

Migrants now arriving daily...Whimbrel, Yellow Wagtail , Sedge Warbler all added today moving me to 203 for the year.
