How lucky is a bird? For example Water Pipit...

Today (10 June - 2024) I saw this bird in a mountainous area, where the snow melted and there were many ponds and springs and plants.
At first I thought of Water Pipit.
I would like to know your opinion if luck is in her favor?
This is the first time I see this species in the mountainous region.

I believe the op was pretty confident of the birds ID, I think the question was more about whether a mountainous habitat was usual for a water pipit. I believe that water pipits do like mountainous habitats.
