To print from iPhone you need to use AirPrint. You can only do this if your printer is AirPrint compatible, with Apple products the driver is on the printer rather than downloadable onto the device. If your printer is AirPrint compatible and can print double sided then the option to do so will be in the AirPrint dialog on your phone.
