I am more of a casual bird watcher rather than a birder. Mostly my interest is furred quadrupeds such as deer, coyotes, buffalo, ...
But we have many birds here and my wife has put up some feeders, both standard and for hummers.
We also have two owls, so I am considering building an owl house to put under the rafters of our steel barn.

I joined because of the abundance of interesting information about binoculars, cameras, nature photography ... and of course that huge topic - birds.

So long,

Sterngucker

Hi, just wanted to add one more welcome to the forum. Live Oak looks to be in a great area to bird in Texas.
