I need help identifying this little one, Anna’s? Black-chinned? The picture was taken last week in Reno, Nevada. Thank you in advance. I appreciate the help.

I would say Black-chinned. Wings seem broader than those of Anna's, and it also shows narrow inner Primaries.

Edit: also the bill is long and curved.

Yes Black-chinned. For reasons already mentioned, also the tail clearly projects beyond the wing tips, this ruling out Costa's.
