Hummingbird ID - Corpus Christi, Texas (1 Viewer)

Out today for a walk and saw this hummingbird. Sun angle was weird but seems like the its head has a slight reddish cast. In the one vid I captured the bird is doing some sort of head sway.

Could this be an Anna’s?

I am afraid I do not have much useful to say, but if I get the ball rolling maybe someone else will come along and kick it a bit closer to the goal. I do not know what this bird is, but I have seen a lot of Anna's Hummingbirds and I have never seen one like this, where the crown seems to have come in red before the throat shows any significant red. If this is an Anna's (which I rather doubt, but I do not have anything else to suggest) it must be a young male. Young male Anna's usually have a good deal of red on the throat before the crown starts getting some red feathers.

I am guessing pollen staining of the front of the crown

It could be a Ruby-throated Hummingbird with a pollen-stained crown.
