Iberian Lynx; Request for Info (3 Viewers)

Finally sorted all this for Jan 2025. Just out of interest on the bird front any chances of Bonelli's Eagle in this area?

I don't know any in the area, but there are commercial hides in Extremadura and the Valencia area. You'd have to google a bit to see through the (sometimes quite pricey) offers of photography tour companies to find the owner of the hide who can obviously arrange a better quote.
The better areas are North of Malaga, North of Caceres (Monfague) and the hills North of Cordoba. There aren't that many sightings close to Andujar / in the Lynx area.

With regards to accomodation, La Caracola Casa Rural is another very nice option.
With regards to tours, I guess naturetrek is the go-to company for Brits, but there are a zillion companies offering tours to the region, for Lynx. Most go in December / Januari when the cats are looking for a partner.

Thanks Temmie; we are doing it ourselves and all sorted now on accommodation etc. Was just interested in case Bonelli's was doable in same area; will have to save that for another trip.
