A type of Crake, Corncrake with those russet coloured wings, rather than a Quail. Difficult to judge size but background habitat looks perfect.

May I have any other confirmation for Corn Crake?

If these are 2 different birds [I assume they are] then I agree the second is corn bunting.

The first certainly gives a crake or rail impression to me too. However, I don't think it's corncrake because of the 2 rusty brown "tramlines" down the back. Corncrake shouldn't have these. Perhaps little crake is the best match:

Baillon's might be an option, but I'd expect to see more of the white on blackish "starring" on the back too—even in these photos.

In summary, I don't think we can be sure about bird 1, but I'd guess little crake.
