Is 3 a white-eyed buzzard?

I'm not sure about 3cy but indeed looks like Bonelli's by its poweful looking build

I did put a ? to it's age but more correct to say the bird is in it's 2nd plumage, the tail appears completely moulted (adult type) with some retained juvenile underbody feathering.
