Thank you for your prompt response seems like i am way off the mark,have a small collins guide BUTTERFLIES/MOTHS just obtained hoping it might point me in the right direction.Its not even showing old lady.
Is there any guides you could possibly recommend please.

I've only been moth-ing four summers; there's folks on here who have been doing it a lot longer might have a different recommendation, but here's the book I use https://ukmoths.org.uk/book-reviews/waring-and-townsend/
