Hard picture, at least for me. But first impression says: its a Common Chiffchaff, and after a second look, I cant find much against this.
So I think there are three options for this bird:
1. more pictures, even bad ones, could help
2. its left unidentified, because of picture quality (no offense)
3. its a Common Chiffchaff with a high degree of certainty
 
pretty pointless for you as far as getting a definitive ID, but ‘probably’ Chiffchaff is as far as it can go imo.
