Is anyone able to ID this bird seen in the Royal Gardens, Phnom Penh in March, 2016

Just another Streak-eared Bulbul taken in rather warm light, I'd say. Here's a close-up of your bird after I played around with the settings and a warm-toned pic from the Internet for comparison.
