Yes, definitely Scrub Ephonias; the dark throat rules out Yelow-throated, the yellow on head restricted to front rules out Yellow-crowned and the yellow vent rules out White-vented. Nice to get pics of the female too- notice the greyish head and yellowish throat.

Gracias por la informacion, yo tengo el libro Aves de Costa Rica y en el libro no hay mucha informacion, quisiera saber si estos pajaros son migratorios.

Esa especie es residente y comun en bosque seco del vertiente pacifico.
