No don't think it can be. Underside of redstart tail is reddish. We'd probably expect some indication of an eye ring too. This looks more like a pied-flycatcher-type thing to me. Perhaps collared flycatcher is more likely at the location?

Could well be: I was going purely on the warm/reddish tones around the throat & breast looking on a small screen!

Pied or Collared Flycatcher for me as well. I wonder if it would be possible to ID it as either of the species with confidence from this image?
